The hotel offers basic but clean and comfortable rooms with excellent amenities refilled daily, meeting our needs for privacy and quiet. The service, especially from the fantastic entertainment crew and Juan Valdovinos, was wonderful, making us feel truly valued. The location is great, with a nice menu including many traditional offerings, and the sustainable practices were admirable. The dining experience, with authentic Oaxaca cuisine and an amazing breakfast spread, was excellent. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing our overall stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were simple, very clean, and I adored the cute Juliet style balcony. The wake-up call with a thermos of coffee and pastries around 7 am was just lovely. Working off the delicious food was a bonus. The only drawback was that the rooms didn't look their best due to the hotel's age.

The service was phenomenal! The staff, from the ultra-accommodating Amaironi and Tomas to the amazing maid service and bartenders, were exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The location was beautiful, overlooking the pool and close to everything in town. It was perfect for low-key travelers who want to experience the area. The efficient free shuttle to the Beach Club was a great perk.
